Curatine™ 6 Months Manufacturer Warranty

All Curatine™ kit(s) are warranted and tested to be from defects in material and workmanship and to conform to the published specifications. During the warranty period should your Curatine™ product fail under normal use in the recommended environment due to improper workmanship or materials, Curatine™ Inc. will repair the product/accessory or replace it with a comparable one. This warranty is subject to the conditions and limitations set forth herein.

General Warranty Coverage Includes:

1. Curatine™ Electrode glass tube

2. Curatine™ Wand

Duration of warranty

Your Curatine™ product is covered by this Warranty for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase that includes the original purchase date is required for warranty service. Curatine™ reserves the right to determine whether repair or replacement is suitable for inspection of the product. The decision made by Curatine™ whether to repair or replace the product will be final.

Limitations

This warranty does not apply to product failure caused by accidents, abuse, mishandling, improper installation, alteration, acts of nature, improper usage, or problems with electrical power. In addition, opening or tampering with the product casing, or any physical damage, abuse or alliteration to the product’s surface will also void the product warranty. Curatine™ product must be used with devices that conform to the recommended industry standards. Curatine™ is also not responsible for damage or failure of any third party equipment, even if Curatine™ has been advised of the possibility.

Product return procedure

Please send us a product return request by email (support@curatine.com). In the email, please kindly provide your contact information (Your name and contact number), the invoice number and reasons for product return. Our team will contact you shortly and explain you the return procedures if deemed applicable.

 

Curatine™ 30-Days-Satisfaction Guarantee
1. To be eligible to claim a refund, individuals must have purchased a Curatine™ Kit from Curatine™ Official Online Store

2. Trial Curatine™ Kit for at least 20 Days from date of delivery, but for no more than 30 days.

3. If you are not completely satisfied by the performance of your Curatine™ Kit, email a Curatine™ customer care representative via the contact us page on the website.

4. Once approved, return your Curatine™ Kit (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative.

5. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.

Real postage costs for the sending and returning of the kit are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.

6. Once returned & inspected, you will be refunded.
